Recently, Aviva tweeted, "My dad (who u will soon meet) just referred to Ramona as a 'fruitcake' at the shoe store! Lol funny."
It sounds like Aviva's dad was talking about the now-infamous shoe store visit from The Real Housewives of New York Season 5, Episode 6: "I'm UK, You're UK," where Ramona Singer went gaga over Aviva's prosthetic leg.
