Marisa Zanuck is a go-to name when it comes to buying and selling Los Angeles real estate. A Beverly Hills native, Marisa grew up fascinated with high-end properties, but it is her disciplined work ethic that has made her successful. After high school, Marisa quickly worked her way up the real estate ranks from receptionist to assistant, before finally getting her license to become an agent.

This commitment to her craft combined with her professionalism, innate ability to work well with people and the joy she gets from her job has made her well respected by her clients and colleagues. Her open, honest style makes her very easy to work with and she is known for negotiating the best deals for her clients.

She made her first sale for Eric Clapton on a house in Venice designed by the famous Japanese architect, Arata Isozaki, who is most celebrated for designing the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. Over the next 14 years, Marisa has helped buy and sell hundreds of homes in Beverly Hills, Sunset Plaza, the Hollywood Hills and the Westside of Los Angeles.

From NYPost:  Beverly Hills real estate broker Marisa Zanuck will join Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” next season, sources tell us. Zanuck, a mother of two who appeared on HGTV’s “Selling LA,” is married to Hollywood producer Dean Zanuck, son of producer Richard Zanuck and grandson of legendary Darryl F. Zanuck, a co-founder of 20th Century Fox.
Marisa already has a connection to two of the reality show’s stars — she works at Hilton & Hyland, which is run by Rick Hilton, who is married to Kathy Hilton, the half-sister of “housewives” Kim and Kyle Richards. Zanuck declined to comment when we reached her via phone, and a Bravo rep didn’t get back to us.
